Bank turnover, ready to tie to the books
Read a client’s statements from every bank, sort what came in from what merely moved between their own accounts, and hand over working papers where every figure opens its rows. The same checks on every engagement, whoever runs it.
- Chartered accountantsDoes the bank turnover match the books?

A tax audit, start to finish
Fernandes Traders, a proprietorship: four HDFC statements, fifteen pages, April to September 2025.
- 01
Every row proved against the printed balance
Each balance has to equal the one before it, plus the credit, minus the debit. The row that doesn’t goes to Studio, with the page beside it, before anything is totalled.
- 02
What came in, sorted from what merely moved
Customer receipts, cash deposits and other credits are kept apart from money that came from the proprietor’s family. The figure you compare with the books leaves those out.
- 03
Cash deposits by month
The months, the branches and the amounts, with any check that fired on them, such as cash that runs high against income.
- 04
The firm’s own method, on every case
Write your checklist as rules, switch checks on or off, and adjust thresholds to the case. Every change, note and export is logged with who did it.

Questions, answered
What people in your seat ask before they start.
01Which documents can it read?
Bank statements, credit card statements, invoices and receipts: native PDFs, scanned PDFs, phone photos, Excel and CSV, from banks across India.
02Does it connect to our accounting software?
No. AI-Mond works from the documents. Export the working papers to Excel or CSV and compare them with the books there; every figure opens the rows it came from.
03What happens when a row can’t be proved?
Every row is checked against the printed balance. If one doesn’t add up, it goes to Studio, which shows the page and the row side by side so a person can correct it. Nothing is accepted silently.
04Can the whole firm run the same checks?
Yes. The standard checks run on every case, your own rules run alongside them, and the log shows who changed what.
05Where does our clients’ data go?
Wherever you choose: AI-Mond’s cloud in the region you pick, your own cloud account, or your own servers. Sign-in goes through your identity provider, roles decide who can view, edit and export, and every sign-in, edit and export is logged.
